Is anyone using Housecall Pro? Is it worth it?

Top Comment: We use it and it’s pretty good. There’s occasionally some glitches that we have to work out (billing stuff like dates get messed up). Overall tho it has vastly improved the estimating & billing side of the business. For me, we were using just quickbooks and various lists so anything would have been an improvement. But it does seem like they are constantly improving the program.

Q5 Pro in the house

It arrived on Wednesday and I only got to try it today.
I’ve gotta say the stock KSA key caps really aren’t my thing, so I’ve ordered some new ones (ironically the retro PBT ones from Keychron).
The red switches are a little light for my tastes, should have gone with the yellows.
The keyboard sounds rather tinny and hollow - will need some work eg tape and force break mods.
I bought this to replace my Q5 as I keep hitting F12 when I want the delete key and I wanted pg up pg dn.
Let me know if you have any Qs.

For the Q5 I would have used VIA to move the Delete key to where the default Home key is to avoid hitting F12. Much easier to hit a key at the end of a cluster than in between.
On the Q5 Pro I actually don't like the Delete key position and would move it to just right of the Backspace. I did similar with my Q1 Pro. Thank goodness for VIA so that we can customize the keyboard to our preferences!
